MASK ON

A start-up subscription for masks

Mask On is a start-up company that needed a brand new website to represent it's brand while driving sales.

My Role

My goal here was to use the designated fonts and colors to strategically lay out a design that does two things:

1. Build a trustworthy brand

2. Convince users that they definitely need a monthly subscription!

Limited budget, limited resources

Being a bootstrap start-up with a fixed budget and resources, I didn't have access to users. So I did what any handy dandy fixer upper would do - I used educated hypotheses to design.

And design it fast.

HI-FI Mockup

The client wanted a light, natural brand that felt clean and high end. So I used a mix of sans-serif/serif fonts with neutral skin tones. I'm not a pro copy writer, but I tried.

Look at the page below and let me know if it makes you want to use a skin mask ;)

FINAL THOUGHTS

I used the exact same resources from the original, and made it better. The message is clear, the branding is clean. Users can easily understand the company's mission. It's projects like these that gives me so much satisfaction.

H-FIDELITY MOCK UP

My goal here was to use the designated fonts and colors to strategically lay out a design that does two things:

1. Build a trustworthy brand

2. Convince users that they definitely need a monthly subscription!
