Summer Camps & Classes for Kids

A platform for business owners and parents to find hundreds of seasonal activities throughout the Bay Area.

My Role

I redesigned several of their most important pages through wireframes and mock-ups:

  1. On-boarding

  2. Activity/Sessions dashboard 

  3. Discounts dashboard

  4. Mobile conversions

UI/UX Disaster

Business owners were constantly confused with the on boarding process. They didn't understand difference between an activity and a session.

Developers had to individually rewrite the client's courses to avoid false sign-ups.

Understanding Users

First I needed to listen to the company's problem, then I needed to see exactly how the owners were signing up, where'd they go wrong, and find a more intuitive solution that can be implemented by the developers.

The first step was to make sure that we tackle the confusion where it starts.

Activity/Sessions Dashboard

The important sections here are that:

  • Users need to visualize all their data

  • Easily add multiple sessions at a time

  • Easilty edit

Discounts Dashboard

Because users constantly need to be able to add discounts, so I figured a solution for each part of the process.

Mobile Conversions

Everyone knows that mobile conversions are at an all-time high. As a conversion expert, my goal was to bring them from 1% conversion to 3%.

Checkout Optimization

One of the most important sections for any business is the checkout process. And with tons of checkout process redesigns in my pocket, this was a real pleasure to work on.
